WHO IS HUNT FOR HABIT ONLINE COACHING FOR?

 

I work with anyone who is over the age of 18. I can help start your fitness journey from scratch or give that extra push for people who already have experience.

 

WHAT WILL WE TALK ABOUT DURING MY FREE CONSULTATION?

 

If you are curious about online coaching and want to chat with me directly, you can book a free consultation. You can ask me anything! I want to educate you about online coaching and ensure you know exactly what the process is before we start.

It is also crucial that we talk about… YOU! If you decide you want to hire me as your personal coach, I want to know about your fitness experiences, your goals, eating habits and your current routines. This way I can begin to build a personalised programme for you and give you tailored support.

 

DOES MY FREE CONSULTATION TIE ME IN TO ANYTHING?

 

Absolutely not! No strings attached. I provide a free consultation so you can meet me and get to know more about online coaching!

 

DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER OF A GYM OR HAVE ANY EQUIPMENT AT HOME?

 

Absolutely not! I can provide individual workout plans to suit whatever space you decide to train in and create the exercises according what equipment you have access to.

 

CAN YOU GUARANTEE RESULTS?

 

The journey towards a personal goal must be pursued entirely by the individual with that goal in mind. No one can lift weights or go on a run for you. A coach is there to direct, guide, motivate and assist. This means that I can guarantee amazing results in mind and body IF and only IF you are willing to commit and put the work in. The harder you work, the better the result – this also leaves a lasting positive effect where you learn to take control.

Without dedication, trust and communication with your coach… it will not work.

 

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF ONLINE COACHING?

 

Online coaching gives you constant access to a dedicated, trained and objective eye to help push you towards your fitness goals. It allows you to offload the stress of sifting through generic workout plans and wondering why they aren’t working, leaving you to focus on the important part… MAKING IT HAPPEN!

Having a coach is a great motivator to stay on track and over time it teaches you to take control and keep track of your own progress.

MICHAEL, DO YOU HAVE A COACH?

 

Not at the moment, however I have been coached in the past (and very recently) and absolutely love working with coaches. Most trainers who have personal goals will hire external coaches for additional accountability and support. Allowing someone else to objectively oversee my progression hugely benefits me and my own fitness.

 

WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT WILL I GET?

 

The support I provide will vary from person to person depending on their wants, needs and schedule. This is something we can discuss in detail on an individual basis during your free consultation. I can offer the following methods of support: email, text, WhatsApp, phone calls, face to face meeting or mobile meetings (Zoom, FaceTime etc.)

 

WILL I RECEIVE A MEAL PLAN WITH HUNT FOR HABIT ONLINE COACHING?

 

If you desire a specific nutrition plan, I can provide a recommended meal guide for you to follow. However I truly believe that 'dieting' and restrictive eating will only ever be a short term solution. Instead I would prefer to hear about your current eating habits, work with you and provide nutrition advice to allow you to not only reach, but also maintain your goals (e.g. build muscle/lose fat/maintain weight). Although please note that all nutrition information I provide is strictly advisory and not compulsory. If I provide a meal plan containing some foods you cannot eat, you must let me know straight away and I can amend it appropriately (e.g. if you have allergies).

I can provide the following:

  • Nutrition alternatives (healthier food options)

  • Nutrition tips and recommendations

  • Nutrition management advice (calorie and macro-nutrient ratios in line with your goals)

However:

I am not qualified to medically prescribe detailed nutrition plans concerning, diagnosing, treating, and curing. Only registered dietitians can medically prescribe nutrition plans in the UK. RDs are professionals who have been specifically trained in the advanced application of human nutrition (e.g. using nutrition to treat joint pain, migraines, fatigue etc.).

HOW MUCH DOES HUNT FOR HABIT ONLINE COACHING COST?

 

The cost of my services will depend on what you require from me. I can offer short or long term services with different levels of support. This is also something we will discuss in detail during your free consultation.

 

 

DO I HAVE TO SEND PICTURES FOR TRACKING PROGRESS?

To accurately assess body composition (muscle, fat, water weight) and adapt training plans according to your progression, using progress photos alongside other measurements is ideal. However, I respect that not everyone is comfortable with sharing photographs of themselves and their body. If using photographs makes you feel uncomfortable, there are alternative ways we can keep track of your progress such as  overall mindset, weight on scales, tape measures, clothes fitting etc.

I HAVE A SPECIFIC MEDICAL CONDITION, CAN I TAKE PART IN HUNT FOR HABIT ONLINE COACHING?

 

I would love to help everyone who wants to hire me as a coach, however, if you have a medical condition that could be directly or indirectly affected by a change in exercise and/or nutrition it gets tricky. I am trained in exercise for weight management, strength and muscle building and not as a medical professional and certain conditions require specialist attention provided by dedicated experts. If you are uncertain, please seek advice from a doctor.
